8/2: The Ocean Shutdown

Ladies and gentlemen,

I've decided to shut down my facebook beginning on August 2 at approximately 9:00am for the duration of my vacation away in Ocean City, New Jersey (I will return August 9, but I'll be offline until August 11). This way I am not documenting my trip and running my wall with posts no one cares about. I think it's extremely necessary for me and probably better for you guys more than anything. I will take pictures, but you'll have to wait for them as I am not posting anything. It's only appropriate that I do this.

I need to start curbing my addictions and also take a vacation from electronics for a bit (doesn't mean I am not going to go to an OC arcade to play a few games).

For me, this is also a time to recharge and collect my thoughts before I return to work on August 12. It's just a time away from posting meaningless pap, where I've been, what I am doing, and why I am doing it.

It's also a time of discovery. By that, I mean, this is a test for myself. I've been upset for the past month over so much that has happened and I've also been not acting on a lot of the promises I've made.

So therefore, I am not going to be documenting anything from my OCNJ trip with my gf and her family. If you need me and you have my number? Just call or text it. Simple as that.

My bags are packed and I am ready to go. I need this more than anything right now.
