Operation: Shutdown (Day 6) - Renaissance Festival: Part II

Hello Journal,

The weekend has ended and it ended very well as a matter of fact. On Sunday, I had the privilege of meeting both Courtney and her boyfriend John.

I already made fast friends with Courtney because she found out me REALLY quickly right after Joanna and I became an item and believe me, it didn't take long for them to really warm up to me.

On Sunday, despite our weariness of adventuring to Hershey Park the previous day, we traveled a 2nd time to the Renaissance Festival where it was an Irish edition of the grandest show in Maryland. John and Courtney took a instant liking to me as I had them rolling in the car with my impressions, my one-liners, and my movie quotes.

It was a unseasonably hot day at 86 degrees and the fair was absolutely packed. The lines were long and there was fun around every corner (cue the Kelso jokes). We did the crossbow shooting, watched jousting, I didn't have any drinks (as per my "PDD rule"), and I kept tabs on the ravens game as the day continued forward.

There's not much I can really say about this Renaissance Festival except I'm glad I made some important strides to the next level of things. I mean, I was there the first time and it was just as much fun the second time around. Hey, what can I say?

Most importantly, I won Courtney and John's approval, and to be honest, with Courtney being Joanna's best friend, that was a very important person to win over.

"Until the next post, I'm signing off..."
~ Joshua
