Hello,
As we continue our journey to the manger through the tail-end of Advent, we continue to find controversies rocking the Christmas season to no end.
So far, FFRF (Freedom For Religion Foundation) has managed use many lawsuits this year involving some sort of Christmas or religious themed issue that one mere person will complain about. The threatening of a lawsuit has caused more than it's fair share of damage! Parades, plays, chorus concerts, and other assorted items were cancelled due to these things.
A few examples:
Piedmont, Alabama was forced to remove a nativity scene from their Christmas parade and not only that was told to take down the motto of "Keep Christ in Christmas" because ONE PERSON said that was a violation of separation of church and state because it was in fact the mayor's annual parade.
However, a WHP-TV report found that many Alabamians were not particularly pleased with this and vowed to fight back as they protested. It was to of no avail as the FFRF shouted "victory" again. Once again, Christians are persecuted for their beliefs and left hanging.
In Kansas, a Christmas Parade featuring a nativity scene, wise men, and shepherds was canceled due to the threat of a lawsuit from the FFRF and American Atheists. Kansans fought back but again, no avail... FFRF shouted victory again and moved on to their next target.
The Kansans didn't give up so easy. They protested but the FFRF said: "LAWSUIT!" and once again, the Christians had to walk away with their heads down and the bullies at the FFRF and American Atheists laughed hysterically.
The War on Christmas: Atheists win? NOT SO FAST
The War on Christmas: Atheists win? NOT SO FAST

What is the reason for the season? It's Jesus of course. Without Jesus, we would not have Christmas. Without wise men, there'd be no gift-giving. Without Shepherds, we'd have no Christmas trees (Legend has it). December 25 would be merely just another day on the calendar... We'd be sad that there'd be nothing to celebrate, yet the atheists, agnostics, and humanists would be saying: "You can't celebrate a myth!"
But then again, why do I call this blog: "A Dying Christmas"?
Christians have been unable to fight back for Jesus' sake, the man who died on the cross for their sins. Every time the Christian populace tries to fight back, all the atheists have to do is say: LAWSUIT!
And that's the end of that... They win... We lose...
Christmas is slowly being killed off and in the future, I fear, it won't be a federal holiday anymore. Christmas will be outlawed by an atheist president and there will be no more tinsel, stars shining bright, it will just be darkness, and there will be no happiness
In the previous blog from my mailbag. A friend of mine whom's family was atheist finally saw the changes when she started going to church. Her health, grades, and everything improved because she kept Jesus in her heart at all time. Her brother started to believe as well after going to a Christmas Eve service. He enlisted in the military later on in life and spread the good word of Christ to his comrades. He's now a captain in the navy. Her dad started going and not only did he feel better about his life, he got a promotion at work and started going to bible studies and leading classes. Her mother on the other hand, it took awhile, but she finally started going as well. She began helping with orphanages and sick children in hospitals.
But I say to atheists: "How can you erase something that you guys just claim don't exist? One cannot rob an empty safe."

Christmas is a time of wonder, joy, excitement, and exhilaration. We gaze at the wonder that is Jesus. We sing his joy. We share the excitement of the wise-men and shepherds. We are exhilarated about his coming.
FFRF and American Atheists? It's just another day. If either of their organization headquarters have Christmas trees in their windows... Christians ought to tear them down and say: Hey! The Tree is a symbol of our savior's future dying on the cross. You have no business having one in your windows!!!!!!
If they exchange gifts... we should take away those gifts and say "Hey guys, sorry, you are not allowed to exchange gifts, the wise men started that."
We enjoy the gift giving that the wise men bestowed upon Jesus that first Christmas. The gold, frankincense, and myrrh are the symbols of the gifts he received.

It's time to celebrate a week of rejoicing as our lord and king approaches. Atheists need to stop ruining it for everyone!
